What will be there?

The event will consist of arena standard staging, lighting and sound, as well as numerous fully licensed bars, street food vendors, face painting, fairground rides and seating, both undercover and outside.


Are there disabled toilets?

Yes, there will be a variety of toilets from disabled to men’s urinals. We will be monitoring these throughout the event to ensure that they are as clean as possible.


Where is the festival site located within Mote Park?

The main festival entrance will be situated opposite Mote Park Café, with Mote Park’s main entrance off Mote Avenue being the best way to access the site.


Can we leave and come back?

Yes, you can up until 19:00, however when re-entering the event, you will be required to re-queue and be re-searched.


Please note, you cannot take any alcohol away from the event.


Is it safe?

Each customer will be searched and so too will their bags. There will be a zero tolerance approach implemented by our experienced and professional security team..


There will also be a medical area on site, where trained first-aiders and paramedics will be available at any time.


Can we camp?

No, however there are camp sites nearby, which can be found on our accommodation page.


Is there parking provided?

Parking is available in Mote Park’s overflow car park, however we have no control over this area and therefore cannot guarantee you a space.


What happens if there’s bad weather?

The weather shouldn’t affect the festival too much because the event will be housed inside a big-top tent, however the ground outside the tent may become wet and soft, so if the weather up to and including the day of the festival is wet, we would advise wearing your wellies!



Can I bring my own food and drink?

Unfortunately not, no food or drink is permitted into the event, however you can bring up to 750ml of water in a sealed bottle per person.



Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately not, the only animals that are permitted on site are registered guide dogs.


Can I bring a chair or blanket?

There will be ample seating available throughout the festival site, however if you’d like to bring a chair or picnic blanket, you’re more than welcome. You will, however, be asked to move by security if you’re situated within walk ways or in front of the stage.


Can I bring my camera?

Yes, however it must not be used for commercial use unless given permission by the event organiser prior to the event.

Can I bring my umbrella?

Umbrellas are not permitted to be brought into the event, as it hinders the view for other customers. If the weather is set to be wet, please bring a hooded jacket.
