CAN WE LEAVE SITE AND COME BACK?
There is no re-entry once your tickets have been scanned.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
You are welcome to bring water to the event with you. There is free water available at the bar.
Snacks and milk for children are allowed. No other food or drink is permitted into the arena.
Our food vendors can cater for most people, let them know your specific issues. If you have any

CAN I BRING MY PET?
CAN I BRING A CHAIR OR BLANKET?
You’re welcome to bring your own seating (folding, camping chairs) and blankets to sit on but we ask
these are not placed inside the big top area as they become a trip hazard.

Perfumes and glass bottles will not be permitted into the arena.
CAN I PAY VIA CASH OR CARD AT THE BARS?
At Revival we will accept cash and card at the bars and stall holders. Food vendors will be card only (debit/credit).
There are no cash machines at the festival so if you want to use cash please ensure you bring enough with you to
the event. Day ticket holders will not be permitted to leave the venue and return to get cash.

Yes, customers are required to purchase a ticket for themselves, and then send the order confirmation,
as well as a photo of their DLA/PIP letter to customer@lucuslive.com, where we will then process the
documents and email you a carer pass free of charge.
